🔧 Product Description
Genuine Volvo Penta position-specific grating used around the cooling fan on selected TAD5 and TAD7 radiator installations. It replaces the earlier 20412285 grating and must be fitted in the matching guard location rather than substituted for a differently shaped companion panel.

Closes its designated fan-guard opening to prevent contact with rotating blades without restricting airflow.

- Reduced cooling airflow caused by deformation or blockage

🛠️ Service Notes
- A grating screens and protects the opening behind it — refit it whenever the item behind it has been serviced, and do not run the installation with it removed
- Keep the openings clear: a blocked or partly blocked grating restricts flow, and clearing debris off it is routine maintenance rather than a repair
- Fit using its own fasteners together with any spacers, seals or trim, and do not overtighten — these are light pressings or mouldings that crack and distort easily
- Renew a grating that is cracked, distorted or has broken fixing points rather than patching it, since a loose one will vibrate and wear against its frame
