🔧 Product Description

Genuine injector sleeve used across Volvo Penta D9, D11, D13 and D16 unit-injector diesel engines. The sleeve separates the injector from the cylinder-head coolant jacket and provides the precision seat required for injector sealing.

🔌 Function

The sleeve forms a sealed injector bore through the cylinder head, preventing coolant from reaching the injector and combustion gas from entering the cooling system.

  • Fitting requires the approved sleeve puller/reamer and new sealing components, and injector protrusion must be rechecked once the sleeve is fully seated
