🔧 Product Description

A rigid control or servo pipe used in the fuel-pump, hand-pump and check-valve circuit on selected Volvo Penta TAD13 and TAD16 industrial engines. It carries fuel or control pressure between the pump housing and associated banjo fittings.

Transfers fuel or servo pressure through the pump and priming circuit while maintaining a sealed rigid connection.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Diesel leakage at a banjo connection
  • Loss of fuel-system prime
  • Cracked pipe near a formed bend
  • Difficult starting or fuel-pressure instability

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Carries fuel or servo pressure between the pump housing and the banjo fittings on the fuel-pump, hand-pump and check-valve circuit for TAD13/TAD16 engines - this is a fuel-circuit pipe, not a steering-circuit pipe, so steering bleed procedures do not apply to it
  • At 0.136 kg, renew the sealing washers at each banjo connection and check for weeping under running pressure after fitting
