🔧 Product Description

Engine-oil-to-coolant heat exchanger used in the lubrication system on Volvo Penta TAD1180VE, TAD1181VE, TAD1182VE and TAD1183VE industrial engines. Engine oil passes through the cooler core while engine coolant removes excess heat, stabilising oil viscosity and protecting bearings, pistons and turbocharger lubrication under sustained load.

🔌 Function

Transfers heat from circulating engine oil into the engine coolant. Maintaining controlled oil temperature preserves lubricant film strength and prevents excessive thermal loading of bearings, pistons, camshaft and turbocharger components.
