• Hose swollen, soft or sticky where it has been in contact with oil
• Cracks or chafe marks in the outer cover along the run
• Inner liner found softened or broken down when the hose is cut open

• Renew the clamps with the hose and check the spigots for pitting or scale first - a corroded spigot will not seal against a new hose.
• This is a moulded hose bent to shape to clear the surrounding castings; a straight length cut to size will kink or chafe, so match the moulding rather than substituting hose by the metre.
