🔧 Product Description

Solid-state electronic bilge switch for automatic 12- or 24-volt pump control. It has no moving parts or mercury and is designed to resist oil, fuel residue and ordinary bilge debris.

• Clean the terminals, make the connections tight and dry, and support the loom so it is not left hanging on the switch body
• Refit the seal, boot or gland that came with the switch — water getting in behind a switch is the usual reason they fail afloat
• Work the switch through its full travel and confirm the circuit behaves correctly, including any interlock or alarm function, before the engine goes back into service
