🛠️ Service Notes

• Never run the engine without the air cleaner in place — unfiltered air wears the bores and, on a turbocharged engine, will damage the compressor
• Check the element seats squarely and that the cover fasteners or clamps pull the seal down evenly all round; air that bypasses the filter does the same damage as no filter at all
• Inspect the intake hose, clamps and joints between the air cleaner and the engine for splits and looseness whenever the filter is serviced
• Do not wash or beat out a paper element to stretch its life; fit a clean element at the interval given for your engine and duty
• Keep the intake drawing the cleanest, driest air available, and make sure any dust ejector or drain is clear and positioned so it can discharge
