Factory-formed hose used in the D13B-A marine inlet/exhaust installation. Its moulded routing, connection diameter and heat-resistant construction are specific to the assigned exhaust-pipe and sensor arrangement; it should not be replaced by straight universal hose.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Coolant weeping or dripping at a hose end, leaving dried white or coloured staining
• Rubber gone hard and cracked, or soft and swollen so it deforms under light finger pressure
• Hose collapsing when hot, or ballooning near a clamp
• Chafed flat spot or cut where the hose touches a bracket, clip or another component
• Coolant level falling between checks, or the engine running warmer than usual

🛠️ Service Notes

• Supersedes 21231761, so an order placed against the old number is filled with this hose
• This is the 1000 mm moulded hose, so check the length and the moulded bend against the run rather than substituting straight universal hose
• Renew the clamps and refit to the original clip positions, then re-check the clamps after a heat cycle
