⚙️ Key Features

• For injector 2
• 0.191 kg
• Five applications across TAD and TADH series engines
• Formed for one cylinder position and not interchangeable with the other injector pipes

🔌 Function

Carries fuel at injection pressure from the rail or pump to injector 2, its formed shape setting the route between them.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Hard starting, misfire or a knock traced to one cylinder
• Smell of diesel, or a wet fuel-washed area around the pipe
• Fuel leak warning, or diesel found in the rocker cover area
• Cone or sealing face at either end found galled, ridged or cracked
• Chafe or fretting mark where the pipe has touched another part

🛠️ Service Notes

• High-pressure pipes are not reusable once the sealing cone has been disturbed - fit new rather than re-torquing an old pipe
• Injector 5 takes pipe 21959044, which is within a few grams of this one, so order by injector position and not by weight
• Never straighten, re-bend or force a pipe to fit, and tighten the unions in the sequence the workshop manual gives
