🔧 Product Description

Factory-moulded cooling-system hose for selected Volvo Penta V6 and V8 petrol marine engines using the G- and H-series cooling-system arrangement. Its formed bends, end diameters and length maintain the approved coolant or raw-water route without kinking or contact with adjacent components.

🔌 Function

Carries coolant or raw water between two connections in the G and H series cooling arrangement, its moulded bends holding the bore open and the hose clear of surrounding components.

  • Coolant or raw water weeping at the hose ends
  • Rubber crazed, cracked or gone hard at a bend
  • Hose swollen or soft where a clip has bitten in
  • Level falling with no obvious puddle underneath
  • Hose collapsing under suction as the engine warms
