🔧 Product Description
Factory-moulded coolant hose used in a Volvo Penta closed-cooling circuit. The hose is formed to clear adjacent brackets and hot components while maintaining the correct sealing engagement at both pipe beads.

Carries coolant, charge air or another assigned medium between connected components while accommodating engine movement and vibration.

- Coolant weeping or dripping at a hose end, leaving a dried residue ring
- Hose hardened and cracking, or soft and swollen when squeezed
- Bulging or ballooning at one section when the system is up to pressure
- Clamp having cut into the hose wall where the rubber has taken a set
- Rub marks or a worn flat where the hose has been touching a bracket
