⚙️ Key Features

• Correct bead engagement for the original clamps
• Maintains clearance from hot and moving components
• Product- and fitment

🔌 Function

Carries coolant, charge air or another assigned medium between connected components while accommodating engine movement and vibration.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Coolant loss at either end of the hose, with a dried deposit trail below it
• The hose ballooning under pressure or collapsing when the engine cools
• Rubber gone hard and crazed, or soft and spongy, when squeezed
• Cracks in the bend where the hose has been flexing
• The hose rubbing on the radiator frame, fan ring or a bracket

🛠️ Service Notes

• Support the hose on its original standoffs so the bend is not being carried by the connections alone
• Renew the clamps with the hose and retorque once the engine has been through a heat cycle
