🔧 Product Description
Genuine Volvo Penta TAD732 / TAD733 Cooling-Package Rubber Suspension, part number 22080979. A genuine rubber isolation mount used to support the radiator and charge-air-cooler package on Volvo Penta TAD732GE and TAD733GE EDC4 generator engines.
🚤 Compatibility
- Year Range: Approximately 2008 - 2018
⚙️ Key Features
- Rubber isolation mount for the radiator and charge-air-cooler package
- For TAD732GE and TAD733GE EDC4 generator engines
- 0.542 kg
🔌 Function
Carries the weight of the radiator and charge-air-cooler package on a rubber element, isolating the cores from engine and structure-borne vibration.
⚠️ Common Signs of Failure
- Cooling package sitting low, or leaning to one side
- Rubber perished, cracked, oil-swollen or separated from its metal
- Increased vibration or noise transmitted from the package
- Fan clearance closing up as the package settles
- Repeated cracking of frame brackets or coolant pipes nearby
🛠️ Service Notes
- Renew the mounts as a set rather than singly, as one collapsed mount overloads the rest
- Re-check the fan-to-shroud clearance once the package has settled on new mounts
