🔧 Product Description

Adapter/interface wiring harness used with Volvo Penta adapter 872939 in an electronically monitored engine installation. It converts the engine-side connector arrangement to the assigned instrument, sensor or vessel harness.

Provides the correct electrical interface between the engine harness and the attached control, instrument or sensor circuit.

  • A monitored sensor or shutdown circuit reading intermittently or dropping out
  • The fault changing when the extension cable is moved by hand
  • Corrosion or moisture inside either connector
  • The cable crushed, pinched or chafed along a long unsupported run
  • Terminals pushed back in a housing so the circuit only makes when pressed
