  • Fit every fastener the frame is designed to take and tighten to the figures in the workshop manual for your engine
  • Protect the fitting faces against corrosion where dissimilar metals meet, and refit any rubber mounts, pads or insulating strips
  • Recheck the fasteners for tightness after the first period in service, since a frame carries vibration loads continuously
