🔧 Product Description
A genuine cooling-system tank used in the radiator and expansion arrangement of Volvo Penta TWD16 generator engines. It provides a coolant collection, deaeration or connection chamber within the cooling package and interfaces with the original pipes, hose connection, plug and seals.

🔌 Function
Provides coolant volume and connection points within the radiator package, allowing circulation, expansion and air separation as designed.

- Damaged threads or sealing surfaces
- Repeated overheating from a restricted tank connection
🛠️ Service Notes
- Confirm the tank is the one specified for your installation and that its connections, mountings and cap or sender fittings match what you are taking off
- Mount it on its proper brackets and rubbers, fully supported, so a full tank is never hanging on its hoses or pipes
- Renew perished or distorted hoses, seals and clips, connect them without strain or tight bends, and check the pipe stubs are clean inside
- Renew the cap and its seal, and any gauze or strainer, if they are damaged — on a pressurised system the cap is part of the system, not an accessory
- Fill and bleed to the procedure in the workshop manual for your engine, then check for leaks cold and again after the first proper warm-up
