A genuine Volvo Penta small fuel-system sealing kit used across selected older marine and industrial diesel fuel-system assemblies. The kit supersedes gasket kit 3825387 and renews the specified fuel-system joint without replacing the complete pump, valve or pipe assembly.

The kit seals the designated fuel-system connection against fuel leakage and air ingress.

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Check the kit contents against the joints you are actually opening before you start, and lay the parts out so nothing is left in the bag
  • Renew every gasket in the kit as a set; a used gasket has already taken its crush and will not seal a second time
  • Clean the mating faces properly without gouging them — a plastic or hardwood scraper and a solvent are safer than a steel blade, especially on aluminium
  • Fit gaskets dry unless the workshop manual for your engine specifies a sealant, and then use only the sealant it names
  • Tighten the joint evenly in the sequence and to the figures given in the manual for your engine, and re-check after the first heat cycle where the manual calls for it
