🔌 Function

Adapts the new D2-40's mounting points to the bed the old MD2020 or MD2030 sat on, so the engine can be set at the right height and alignment.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• New engine's feet landing nowhere near the old bed's bolt pattern
• Engine cannot be aligned to the drive within the range of the flexible mounts
• Bracket faces or mounting holes damaged or corroded on an earlier conversion
• Vibration and noise after a conversion put together from mixed hardware
• Fasteners from two different kits mixed, so the clamping load is wrong

🛠️ Service Notes

• No kit is needed if an MD2010, MD2020 or MD2030 is being replaced by a D1-13, D1-20 or D1-30 - this kit is for the step up to the D2-40
• The existing saildrive has to be replaced on this conversion, unless it is a 120S being repowered to D1-13, D1-20 or D1-30, where kit 22567193 lets the 120S stay
• For these installations the existing saildrive needs to be replaced, except for the 120S saildrive when repowering to D1-13/20/30, where kit 22567193 lets the 120S be kept
