⚙️ Key Features

• Cooling System group protecting screen
• 0.869 kg
• Listed for three TAD series engine applications

🔌 Function

Guards the cooling package against debris carried in with the airflow, while passing the air the coolers need.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Engine or charge air temperature climbing as the screen blocks up
• Mesh clogged with chaff, fibres, salt or insects
• Mesh torn, holed or pushed in, letting debris reach the fins
• Frame bent or cracked, so the screen no longer sits flush
• Fixings or clips missing, letting the screen rattle or lift

🛠️ Service Notes

• Clean the screen on a routine schedule, as a blocked screen raises temperatures well before the coolers themselves are dirty
• Check the cooler fins behind the screen for debris and damage while it is off
• Supersedes 22302629, so orders against the old number are filled with this one
