⚙️ Key Features

  • Cooling System group cover
  • 67.5 kg
  • Listed for 19 TAD series engine applications
  • Supersedes 22347466
  • A major cooling package enclosure, so plan the lift before removal

🔌 Function

Encloses and protects the cooling package, directing the airflow through it and keeping hands and debris out.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Cover cracked, split or holed
  • Mounting points cracked, or a fixing pulled through
  • Panel distorted, so it no longer seats and air bypasses the coolers
  • Rattling or drumming against the cooling package
  • Corrosion or paint failure at the fixing points and edges

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Plan the lift, as at 67.5 kg this needs proper support plus a second pair of hands
  • Supersedes 22347466, so orders against the old number are filled with this one
  • Check the cooler fins and the sealing around the cover while it is off, so air is not bypassing the pack
