⚙️ Key Features

• 3.629 kg
• Five TAD series engine applications
• Supersedes 20860945
• One of two inserts listed here, with 22497119

🔌 Function

Filters the air drawn into the engine, holding back the dust and debris that would otherwise reach the turbocharger and the cylinders.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Power down and black smoke as the element becomes restricted
• The inlet restriction indicator showing red or reading high
• Dust tracks or a dirty film found downstream of the filter
• Pleats collapsed, split or pushed out of shape
• The element sodden with water or oil

🛠️ Service Notes

• Renew rather than trying to clean or blow through an element, which opens up the media
• Check the housing seal and the sealing face on the element, since a bypassing filter does more harm than a blocked one
• The other insert listed here is 22497119 - confirm against the housing before ordering
