⚙️ Key Features

• 0.841 kg
• 130 V and FWD series applications

🔌 Function

Holds a bearing at the correct position and alignment inside the drive, carrying the load from the shaft into the housing.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Whine, growl or rumble from the drive that changes with speed
• Play or roughness felt at the shaft
• Bore worn, scored or picked up, so the bearing turns in its housing
• Metallic glitter or debris found in the drive oil
• Water in the oil where a seal in the carrier has failed

🛠️ Service Notes

• Renew the bearing, seals and O-rings at the same time as the carrier
• Check the shaft journal and the mating housing bore before assembly, since a new carrier on a worn shaft will not cure the noise

📦 Condition

• Genuine Volvo Penta part
• Brand new
• Supplied in original or equivalent packaging
