⚙️ Key Features

• For engines from serial number 2013665764 onwards
• 1.916 kg
• Supersedes 3849305
• 25 TAD series engine applications

🔌 Function

Carries coolant along a fixed run between two points in the cooling circuit, holding the route and the sealed connections at each end.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Coolant loss with a white or coloured crust at a union
• Header tank level falling with no visible pool
• Corrosion pinholes or blistered paint along the pipe
• Spigot faces pitted so a new hose still weeps
• Scale or sludge restricting the bore, found on removal

🛠️ Service Notes

• Confirm the engine serial number before ordering, as this pipe applies from 2013665764 onwards and 3849305 covers what came before
• Coolant pipe 22531010 is the other serial-controlled TAD pipe here, applying from 2013665764 onwards, so check which breakpoint your engine falls after
• Renew the O-rings or gaskets at both ends and pressure test the system after fitting
