22575148 Coolant | Genuine Volvo Penta Part

🔧 Product Description

Genuine Volvo Penta green coolant, ready-mixed to -35°C protection, supplied in a 5 litre container weighing 5.546 kg. The -35°C rating distinguishes it from the -25°C mix in the same 5 litre size, which weighs almost identically.

⚙️ Key Features

• Ready mixed, protection to -35°C
• 5 litre container
• 5.546 kg
• Green coolant type

🔌 Function

Carries heat from the engine to the heat exchanger and protects the cooling system against freezing and internal corrosion.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Coolant discoloured, cloudy or carrying sediment in the header tank
• Rust staining or scale at the filler neck
• Level falling with no external leak found
• Engine running hotter than it used to
• Oily film or emulsion on the coolant surface

🛠️ Service Notes

• This is a ready mix and is not to be diluted further - diluting it loses the -35°C protection
• Do not mix coolant types; drain and flush the system if changing from a different coolant
• Check the coolant specification the engine calls for before topping up
