⚙️ Key Features

• Electronic module from the Ignition and Control Systems group
• 1.497 kg
• Supersedes 22756347

🔌 Function

Processes sensor signals and drives the engine or drive system's outputs, holding the software and settings that govern how the installation runs.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Warning lamps or alarm codes appearing with no fault found in the sensors
• Intermittent shutdowns or a system that will not wake at the key
• Displays or controls going blank or freezing
• Water ingress, corrosion or green deposits in the connectors on strip-down
• Cracked casing or a swollen, weeping seal around the connector face

🛠️ Service Notes

• Confirm the engine's product number before ordering - modules are configuration-specific and several in this family sit within 200 grams of each other
• Check supply voltage, earths and connector pins before condemning the module, as a poor earth mimics almost every module fault
• A new module normally needs programming to the installation, so plan for that before the boat is needed
