⚙️ Key Features

• 1.839 kg

• Listed for five applications across TAD and TADH series engines

🔌 Function

Shields the cooling pack from debris and physical damage while still allowing air through it, so the core behind is not blocked or bruised.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Coolant or charge air temperature creeping up as the screen blocks with debris
• Visible chaff, fibre or dirt matted across the mesh
• Mesh torn, dented or pushed back against the core
• Fixing tabs cracked or the frame distorted so it no longer sits flush
• Corrosion or fretting where the screen contacts the cooler face

🛠️ Service Notes

• Clean the screen from the clean side outwards at each service - a blocked screen shows as a cooling fault long before the cooler itself is at fault
• Check the cooler fins behind for bruising while the screen is off, and refit it so it cannot chafe the core
