⚙️ Key Features

• 1.683 kg
• Supersedes 22434531
• One TAD series engine application
• Only 5 grams from coolant pipe 22531010

🔌 Function

Carries coolant along a fixed run between two points in the cooling system, holding the route and the connections that keep the circuit sealed.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Coolant loss with crusting or staining at a joint
• Header tank dropping with no obvious pool under the engine
• Corrosion pitting or perforation along the pipe
• Hose spigots pitted or eroded, so the clips will not seal
• Cracks at a bend or a weld, found once the pipe is off

🛠️ Service Notes

• Only 5 grams separate this from 22531010, which is, so order by part number and check the engine serial before assuming either fits
• Renew the O-rings, gaskets and hose clips at every joint opened
• Check the spigot surfaces where the hoses land, as a pitted spigot leaks with any new hose fitted
