⚙️ Key Features

• Fuel filter weighing 0.277 kg
• Listed for ten applications across TAD and TADH series engines
• A routine service replacement item

🔌 Function

Traps dirt, rust and debris carried in the fuel before it reaches the injection equipment, protecting the pump and injectors from wear.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Power dropping off under load and recovering at idle
• Hard starting, or the engine hunting at low speed
• Black smoke and rising exhaust temperature when the engine is worked
• Element found dark, sludged or holding water on removal

🛠️ Service Notes

• Renew at the service interval rather than on symptoms - by the time it costs power the injection equipment has already been working hard
• Prime and bleed the fuel system after fitting, and check the suction side for air leaks
