• Listed for eight V series applications

🔌 Function

Measures the condition it is fitted to read and sends the signal back to the instruments or control unit over its four-wire connection.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Reading at the helm wandering, sticking or sitting at full scale
• Gauge dropping to zero intermittently
• Fault code logged against the sensor circuit
• Connector pins found corroded, or a wire broken where it enters the body
• Sensor body cracked, or its seal perished on removal

🛠️ Service Notes

• Check the wiring, the connector and the ground before condemning the sensor - these circuits fail at the connector far more often than at the element
• Confirm the connection count before ordering; the 4-wire configuration is what makes this one compatible
