⚙️ Key Features

  • Pipe from the Cooling System group
  • For engines from serial number 2016123170 onwards
  • 0.605 kg
  • Listed for nine applications across TWD and TWG series engines

🔌 Function

Carries coolant along a fixed route between components, holding the shape and clearances the installation needs where a hose could not.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Coolant weeping at the pipe's unions or hose joints
  • External corrosion pitting or scaling along the run
  • Flow restricted by internal scale build-up
  • Chafed thin where the pipe is clipped or passes a bracket
  • Cracked at a bend or at a welded joint

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Renew the o-rings or gaskets at the pipe ends when it is disturbed
  • Refit every clip and support - an unsupported pipe cracks at its joints
  • Fitment is controlled by serial number, so confirm the engine serial before ordering

📦 Condition
