23033477 Tool | Genuine Volvo Penta Part

🔧 Product Description

Genuine Volvo Penta workshop tool from the Engine Covers group, weighing 0.286 kg.

⚙️ Key Features

• Workshop tool listed under the Engine Covers group
• 0.286 kg
• Workshop equipment, so it carries no engine fitment list
• The heaviest of the four tools here, alongside 23033472, 23033473 and 23033478

🔌 Function

A service tool used during workshop work rather than a component fitted to the engine; the entry does not name the operation it performs, so it should be matched against the tool called for in the workshop procedure.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Working faces worn, burred or deformed so the tool no longer sits square
• Corrosion or pitting on the working surfaces
• Bent or twisted from being used as a lever
• Identification markings worn away so the tool can no longer be told from its siblings
• Threads, pins or pilots damaged so the tool no longer engages

🛠️ Service Notes

• Four tools here differ only by weight, so order by part number against the workshop procedure rather than by description
• Clean and lightly oil it after use, since a corroded tool marks the parts it is used on

📦 Condition

• Genuine Volvo Penta part
• Brand new
• Supplied in original or equivalent packaging
