• Shares its 24 application listing with the complete head 23034285 and the valves and spring covering the same engines

🔌 Function

Seals the fuel joint it is fitted to, closing the leak path between the two faces so fuel stays in the system.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Diesel weeping, or a fuel smell around the joint
• Seal found flattened, nibbled or taken a permanent set
• Seal swollen and soft, or hardened and brittle
• Air drawn into the fuel system, giving hard starting and rough running
• Seat or groove found scored or dirty when the joint is opened

🛠️ Service Notes

• Never reuse a fuel seal - fit a new one every time the joint is opened
• Clean the groove or seat and check it for scoring before fitting
