• Bed measured at the wrong width, so the brackets do not land on the bearers
• Engine cannot be aligned to the drive within the range of the flexible mounts
• Bracket faces or mounting holes damaged or corroded
• Vibration and noise after a conversion put together from mixed hardware
• Fasteners from two different kits mixed, so the clamping load is wrong
