🔧 Product Description

Cooling system bracket weighing 4.264 kg, listed for 24 TAD series applications, superseding 21563324. At that weight it carries an assembly rather than a pipe, so its fixings and mating faces are part of the job.

⚙️ Key Features

• 4.264 kg
• Listed for 24 TAD series applications
• Assembly-carrying mounting

🔌 Function

Carries a cooling system assembly on the engine, taking its weight and holding it in line with the pipework it connects to.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Knock or heavy vibration from the cooling assembly under way
• Cracks starting at a bolt hole or a welded joint
• Coolant leaking at a joint the bracket has pulled out of line
• Fasteners loosening repeatedly, with fretting on the faces
• Corrosion between the bracket and the component it clamps

🛠️ Service Notes

• Check the joints and hoses the assembly connects to once the bracket is fitted, as misalignment shows up as a leak first
• Renew corroded fasteners rather than reusing them under a load-bearing bracket
