⚙️ Key Features

• For engines from serial number 2016123170 onwards
• 34.02 kg
• Listed for ten applications across TWD and TWG series engines
• The serial break governs fitment
• Heavy enough to need two people or lifting gear

🔌 Function

Passes engine heat from the coolant into the airstream drawn or pushed through its core by the fan.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Coolant temperature climbing under load and settling again at idle
• Coolant weeping with a dried white or coloured crust on the fins or end tanks
• Fins bent, flattened or matted with debris across part of the face
• Corrosion or seepage at the tank-to-core joint
• An oily film or discolouration in the coolant on removal

🛠️ Service Notes

• Pressure test the cap and the system before condemning the radiator, since a tired cap produces the same overheating symptoms
• Check the fan, its guard and the shroud while access is open - poor airflow will overheat a perfectly good radiator
• At 34 kg this needs lifting support, and the core is easily damaged by being rested on its fins
