🔌 Function

Cures in the absence of air between engaged threads, locking the fastener against vibration while still allowing removal with hand tools.

• Fasteners backing off in service despite being tightened correctly
• Product gone thick, lumpy or separated in the bottle
• Slow or no cure because the bottle is past its shelf life
• Joint failing to hold because oil or release agent was left on the threads
• Cured product left in a blind hole, so the fastener bottoms out short of its clamp load

🛠️ Service Notes

• Degrease and dry both threads before applying - oil is what stops the cure
• Use the grade specified: 243 is medium strength so fasteners can still be removed, and a higher grade may need heat to break
• Check the shelf life before use, as expired product will not cure reliably
• Classified as dangerous goods for carriage - confirm shipping arrangements before ordering
