🔧 Product Description
Genuine Volvo Penta coolant pump weighing 4.537 kg. It supersedes 22195476, catalogued earlier as a pump cover, and covers its three TAD series engine applications. Pump condition governs coolant circulation across the whole engine.
⚙️ Key Features
- Coolant pump from the Cooling System group
- 4.537 kg
- Supersedes 22195476, catalogued earlier as a pump cover
- Covers its three TAD series engine applications
- Also supersedes Volvo part numbers 3801561 and 3801589
🔌 Function
Circulates coolant through the block, head and heat exchanger so combustion heat is carried away instead of building up in the engine.
⚠️ Common Signs of Failure
- Engine running hot, or temperature climbing under load
- Coolant weeping from the drain hole beneath the pump
- Rumble, whine or squeal from the pump
- Play or roughness felt at the pulley when turned by hand
- Impeller corroded or eroded on strip-down
🛠️ Service Notes
