• One of four pipes here covering a single TWD engine

🔌 Function

Carries coolant between the engine and the rest of the cooling circuit along a fixed route, holding the flow clear of moving parts and hot surfaces.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Coolant leak or crusted deposits at a joint or along a seam
• Coolant level falling with no visible puddle until the engine is hot
• External corrosion, pitting or scaling on the pipe wall
• Internal scale or sludge restricting the bore when the pipe is off
• Engine running warmer than normal at steady load

🛠️ Service Notes

• Order by part number rather than weight, as six pipes here sit between 2.097 kg and 2.154 kg
• Renew the hoses, clamps and seals at each end while the pipe is out
• Check both mating spigots for pitting before refitting, since a corroded spigot will leak on a new pipe
