Genuine Volvo Penta D4 / D6 Flexible Coupling and Damper Plate - Part Number: 23434168
A genuine used Volvo Penta flexible coupling designed to absorb torsional vibration between selected D4 and D6 diesel engines and the connected IPS, inboard or propeller-shaft driveline.
The coupling is the later service replacement for Volvo Penta 21393521, which replaced 21111686 and earlier clutch reference 3847980. The assembly is also identified as a damper plate or flexible drive coupling.

The flexible coupling transfers engine torque to the propulsion shaft while damping combustion pulses, gear engagement shock and torsional vibration.
