23547224 Power Cable | Genuine Volvo Penta Part

🔧 Product Description

Genuine Volvo Penta 1.5 metre power cable, weighing 4.116 kg and listed for two HPCU and TB applications. Length alone does not identify these cables - another 1.5 metre cable weighs 2.869 kg, so the conductor size differs. Order by part number.

🚤 Compatibility

Typically suits:

• Volvo Penta HPCU-A
• Volvo Penta TB66-150-A

• Engine Family: HPCU, TB

⚙️ Key Features

• 1.5 metres long
• 4.116 kg
• Listed for two HPCU and TB applications
• Another 1.5 metre cable, 23547361, weighs 2.869 kg, so the conductor size differs and length alone does not identify these

🔌 Function

Carries power between units in the hybrid installation over a made-up 1.5 metre run, with the connectors already fitted to length.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Fault codes or a shutdown pointing at the link this cable makes
• Connector or termination running hot or discoloured
• Insulation chafed, cut or hardened along the run
• Corrosion or moisture found inside the connector
• Screen or shield damaged where the cable enters the gland

🛠️ Service Notes

• Order by part number - 23547361 is the same length but a different cable, so the length is not enough to select on
• Isolate the system and follow the safe working procedure before disconnecting anything on this circuit
• Support and route the new cable exactly as the old one ran, keeping the bend radius generous at the connectors

📦 Condition

• Genuine Volvo Penta part
• Brand new
• Supplied in original or equivalent packaging
