🔧 Product Description

Genuine Volvo Penta cooling hose weighing 1.313 kg, listed for two TWD series engine applications. It consolidates earlier references 22322741 and 22394258, and is much replacing that number.

🔌 Function

Carries coolant along a flexible section of the circuit, absorbing the relative movement between engine and installation that a rigid pipe could not.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Coolant weeping at a clip or from the hose wall
• Coolant level dropping with staining along the run
• Hose soft, spongy or ballooning when hot
• Cover cracked, or the ends hardened and glazed
• Hose found collapsed under suction or delaminated internally

🛠️ Service Notes

• The old number 22322741 is now split across several parts, so confirm which section is being renewed - 23577519 and 23577531 are the smaller hoses in the same group
• Renew the clips with the hose and check the stubs for corrosion pitting
