The patented blade geometry gives optimal interaction between the front and rear propellers for outstanding efficiency and smooth, comfortable operation, and the large blade area provides maximum grip and manoeuvrability. A shock-absorbing rubber bushing and galvanic isolation make it a matched fit for the DPI and DPH drive. Every set of Duoprop propellers is designed, tested and manufactured together, so the front and rear propellers of a dimension belong to each other.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Vibration through the hull that builds with speed
• Loss of thrust in turns or when accelerating hard
• Chipped, bent or curled blade edges
• Line or weed wound in behind the propeller with a leaking seal
• Cavitation pitting across the blade faces on strip-down

• Front and rear must both carry the H10 code; the other half of this set is 23623060
• H10 is the largest dimension code Volvo Penta lists for the Type H range, so confirm the boat's loading and its full-throttle rev record before stepping up to it
• Renew the propeller shaft seals and check the splines while the propellers are off
• Upgrading from Type G to Type H on DPH drives keeps the same sizing - a G6 propeller corresponds to an H6 propeller.
• The propeller cone must be replaced to fit Type H propellers: propeller cone kit 23000185.
• Do not mix Type G and Type H propellers. Always use propellers of the same type and size on the drive, or on both drives in twin installations.
• Installation hardware, type H: propeller cone kit 23000185 including lock bolt M12, lock bolt M12 991609, front propeller nut 23952642 and line cutter 23777877.
• The line cutter 23777877 for Type H propellers is 95 mm / 3.7 in, 316 stainless steel, and is included as standard on DPI drives.
