Dunbier 14" Plastic-Guard Carrier – Tandem Slipper-Spring LH – Part Number: 2364

A formed galvanised steel carrier and step/support assembly for a 14" Dunbier plastic mudguard on the left-hand side of a tandem slipper-spring trailer. The carrier supports the moulded guard, provides its mounting points and helps transfer incidental step loads into the trailer undercarriage rather than through the plastic guard alone.

  • Guard mounting holes are elongated
  • Step or support surface flexes excessively
  • Carrier contacts the tyre during suspension movement

🛠️ Installation & Safety

  • Support the trailer safely before removing undercarriage hardware
  • Use correctly rated galvanised fasteners, plates and locking nuts
  • Align the carrier before tightening so the guard is centred over the tyre
  • Confirm tyre clearance at maximum suspension compression
  • Do not stand on the plastic guard unless the carrier is designed and secured as a step support
