  • Air drawn into the fuel side, giving rough running or hard starting
  • Ring found flattened, nipped or taking a set in the groove
  • Rubber hardened, cracked or swollen when removed

  • O-rings are single-use - fit a new one every time the joint is opened
  • Lubricate with clean fuel and check the groove and chamfer for burrs before assembly
