Dunbier 14" Plastic-Guard Carrier – Single-Axle Slipper Overlay RH – Part Number: 2367

A formed galvanised steel carrier and step/support assembly for a 14" Dunbier plastic mudguard on the right-hand side of a single-axle slipper overlay trailer. The carrier supports the moulded guard, provides its mounting points and helps transfer incidental step loads into the trailer undercarriage rather than through the plastic guard alone.

  • Step or support surface flexes excessively
  • Carrier contacts the tyre during suspension movement

🛠️ Installation & Safety

  • Support the trailer safely before removing undercarriage hardware
  • Use correctly rated galvanised fasteners, plates and locking nuts
  • Align the carrier before tightening so the guard is centred over the tyre
  • Confirm tyre clearance at maximum suspension compression
  • Do not stand on the plastic guard unless the carrier is designed and secured as a step support
