🔌 Function
Connects the aftertreatment control unit to the muffler assembly, carrying the sensor and control lines between them over a made-up length.
⚠️ Common Signs of Failure
- Aftertreatment faults or lost sensor readings
- Connector pins corroded or pushed back in the housing
- Insulation chafed where the harness passes a bracket or edge
- Sheath hardened or cracked by exhaust heat
- Locking latch broken so a plug backs off with vibration
🛠️ Service Notes
- Harness 23679884 is also 7000 mm but covers ten engines - check the fitment list rather than ordering on length
