⚙️ Key Features

• Tube from the Cooling System group
• 0.175 kg
• Supersedes 22812920, catalogued earlier as a pipe
• Listed for five applications across TD and TAD series engines

🔌 Function

Carries coolant between two points in the cooling circuit, its bends fixing the route the flow takes past the engine.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Coolant loss with no obvious hose leak
• White or coloured crust around a joint or along a seam
• Overheating, or a system that fills only slowly
• Tube corroded through from the inside, usually at a bend
• Flared or belled ends distorted so the connection will not seal

🛠️ Service Notes

• Renew the O-rings or seals at each end when the tube is disturbed
• The number it replaces was listed as a pipe, so an older parts list may show it under that name
• Pressure-test the system after fitting rather than relying on a visual check
