A genuine Volvo Penta belt-drive pulley for the engine coolant circulation pump on selected D4 and D6 marine diesel engines.

The pulley is mounted to the freshwater coolant pump and transfers rotation from the engine accessory belt to the pump. This maintains circulation of engine coolant through the cylinder block, cylinder head, heat exchanger and associated closed-cooling passages. Part number 23981799 replaces earlier Volvo Penta pulley 3582281.
