🔌 Function

Activates the Joystick Steering feature on this twin-D8 Marine Commercial installation's control system, letting the helmsman drive the pods directly from the joystick for docking and close-quarters manoeuvring, independent of the Volvo Penta autopilot bundled into other joystick packages.

  • Joystick has no effect on the drives, or docking control cannot be selected at the helm
  • Feature missing after the licence is loaded, usually because a licence for the wrong engine count or family (D13) was ordered instead
