• Exhaust hose from the Inlet and Exhaust System group
• 1.659 kg
• Listed for 32 applications across D series engines and IPS pod drives

🔌 Function

Carries the wet exhaust from the engine to the next section of the system in a flexible run, taking the heat and the movement between engine and hull.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Exhaust smell or fumes in the engine compartment
• Soot or water staining at the hose ends
• Outer cover blistered, cracked or gone soft
• Hose collapsed internally, raising back pressure
• Water weeping through the wall or from under a clip

🛠️ Service Notes

• Fit twin clips at each end as specified and check the hose stubs for corrosion
• Check the exhaust elbow and the water injection point at the same time - a hose that has been cooked usually means water flow was restricted
